FOR GROWN-UPS
Your family’s data
This describes how the current family pilot works.
Account access
An adult signs in. Email sign-in, when enabled, uses our PostgreSQL-backed account service and an email delivery provider to verify a code and manage the account session. Existing ChatGPT sign-in is also supported. Children do not need their own email accounts.
What your family saves
The app stores child nicknames, age bands, companion choices, comfort settings, play progress, routines and parent observations in the app’s database. Use a nickname and avoid adding identifying medical information to free-text notes. No diagnosis is required.
On your device
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the parent area. If you save offline play, a child-safe copy and unsynced progress stay in this browser until they sync or you remove them. Shared devices should be signed out after use.
Your controls
In the PIN-protected grown-up space you can export family information, remove a child profile, or delete saved family data. Detailed play events are pruned after 90 days on the next activity save. Per child, recent records are capped at 60 games, 180 routines, 180 transitions and 90 parent activity observations and 60 private moment check-ins; older entries are replaced when these limits are reached. Settings and other saved progress remain until deleted. Parent notes and observations are excluded from the child’s offline copy. Deleting family data does not delete the identity held by your sign-in provider.
Play, at your child’s pace
NeuroMoss Play offers games and general everyday support. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD, autism or other conditions. Stop or change an activity when it doesn’t feel comfortable.
